What kind of products does Union Forge USA sell?

We make bold, patriotic apparel and accessories for veterans, tradesmen, first responders, and hardworking Americans. Our lineup includes graphic tees, hoodies, tank tops, long-sleeve shirts, and hats — all designed with rugged, freedom-first values in mind.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Every item is printed and produced specifically for you after you place your order. This means we don't hold pre-made inventory — your gear is crafted fresh, just for you.

What printing methods do you use?

We use a combination of DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing depending on the product. Both methods deliver vibrant, durable results that hold up wash after wash.

Are your shirts OEKO-TEX certified?

Many of our garments are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they've been tested for harmful substances and meet strict safety standards. Product pages will note certification where applicable.

Sizing

How do I find the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend checking it before ordering since fits vary — some styles are relaxed, some are cropped, and a few (like our long-sleeve tees) run smaller than usual.

Do you offer extended sizing?

Yes. Many of our products are available in inclusive sizing up to 4XL, 5XL, or even 7XL depending on the style. Check the individual product page for available sizes.

Shipping

How long does production take?

Since everything is made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive the notification.

Who is responsible for customs and duties on international orders?

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind. Please double-check your size and color before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the item, and a photo of the packaging. We'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

You have a 2-hour cancellation window from the time of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
