At Union Forge USA, all products are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please review our shipping policy below before making a purchase.
Order Processing & Production Time
Because our products are made to order, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships.
Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, holidays, and supplier availability.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, print provider, warehouse location, or availability.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update the address before the order enters production or ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you investigate the situation.
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with:
- Your local post office or carrier
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Front desk, mailroom, or apartment office
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or your product arrives defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays, major sales events, or busy seasons, production and shipping times may be longer than usual.
We recommend ordering early during peak seasons to avoid possible delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations may only be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed or canceled.
