At Unionforgeusa.com, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because our items are printed only after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@unionforgeusa.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging, if damaged
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Made-to-Order Products
All products are custom printed after purchase. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Choosing the wrong color
- Entering the wrong shipping address
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
- Minor color differences between screen display and printed product
Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, colors, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style changes because each item is made to order.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will review the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be sent into production and cannot be canceled or changed.

Shipping Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, you may contact us, and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
