3. Made-to-Order Items

Most products sold by Union Forge USA are made to order. Once an order is placed and enters production, it may not be possible to cancel, change, return, or exchange the item unless the product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Union Forge USA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
